By requesting a free trial, placing an order or using the service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
View IPTV gives you login details for live channels and on-demand movies and series that you watch through a compatible IPTV player app on your own device. We do not sell devices and we do not make the player apps. You are responsible for having a compatible device and a working internet connection.
We work to keep the service available at all times. Because it depends on the internet and on third-party networks, short interruptions can happen, and quality depends on your connection and equipment.
Free trial
You can request a free trial on WhatsApp. A trial is meant for testing the service on your own device before you buy. We may limit trials to one per household to prevent abuse.
Plans, prices and payment
Plans are priced in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. Orders are placed through WhatsApp using the Buy Now button, which fills in your plan, screens and price. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or crypto. We do not offer other payment methods.
Your subscription starts when your payment is confirmed and your account is activated, which usually takes 5 to 15 minutes. Plans do not renew automatically unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.
Screens and account use
Your plan includes the number of simultaneous screens you ordered. Your login is for your own household use. Do not resell the service, share your login with people outside your household or use the service for public showings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attack, overload or interfere with our servers, try to access other customers' accounts, or use the service in any way that breaks the law. We may suspend an account that is used in these ways.
Support
Support is available 24/7 on WhatsApp and by email. We will help you with setup, device changes and questions about your plan. The 12-month plan includes a free device change.
Refunds
If View IPTV does not work on your device, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of payment. The details are in our Refund Policy.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
